The course design is based on short scenarios in the simulators followed by a scenario review, discussions and lectures on relevant topics. Course participants are able to enhance their skills in communication; bridge and engine team work, critical thinking and contingency planning.

The 16 hours of simulator training in the course are designed to support and make practice of the theoretical part of the course and is particularly aimed at training in demanding and complex situations.
